The sustainable development strategy supports Jika Jika’s overall business strategy and is designed to deliver reduced and stabilized costs, community acceptance, sustainable use of natural resources, managed asset liabilities as well as strengthen Jika Jika brands.
Sustainability is the core of our doing business, what guides our work, and base of operational management of our projects.
To create enduring value of our operations our sustainability objectives address the following:
• The need to mitigate our operations’ impact on the environment and the communities around them, including focusing on climate change, soil and earth moving management, water stewardship, nature, and mining tailings.
